GENERAL REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE

Your First Dance LLC maintains a strict no-refund policy for all services, including:

  • Monthly subscription courses

  • Custom dance packages

  • Individual lessons

This policy applies to all customers worldwide.

SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT

Monthly Subscriptions

  • No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time

  • You may pause your subscription at any time before the next billing date

  • Paused subscriptions maintain access through the end of the current paid period

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

How to Pause or Cancel

  • Log into your account at yourfirstdance.net

  • Navigate to your account settings

  • Select "Pause" or "Cancel" before your next billing date

  • You will receive a confirmation email

INDIVIDUAL LESSONS

Booking Policy

  • Lessons must be paid in full at time of booking

  • No refunds for completed lessons

  • No refunds for purchased but unscheduled lessons

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • 24-Hour Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson are charged in full

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled lesson results in full charge with no makeup option

How to Cancel or Reschedule

  • Email us at hello@yourfirstdance.net with your lesson details

  • Include your name, lesson date/time, and reason for cancellation

  • Wait for confirmation of your cancellation

CUSTOM DANCE PACKAGES

  • Custom dance packages are non-refundable once purchased

  • This includes all components of the package (choreography, included lessons, materials)

  • Work begins immediately upon purchase, making refunds impossible

TECHNICAL ISSUES

While we strive for uninterrupted service:

  • Technical difficulties do not qualify for refunds

  • We will make reasonable efforts to resolve access issues

  • Temporary outages do not extend subscription periods

INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS

  • All prices are in USD

  • International customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees

  • Banks or credit card companies may charge additional international transaction fees

  • These additional fees are not refundable by Your First Dance LLC

DISPUTES

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged:

  • Contact us at support@yourfirstdance.net within 30 days of the charge

  • Provide transaction details and explanation

  • We will investigate and respond within 5-7 business days

PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

  • Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us first may result in immediate account termination

  • We reserve the right to pursue collection for any fraudulent chargebacks

  • Legal fees and costs may be added to amounts owed
